Tradeswomen Profiles

Almost 100 years ago, women were called upon to fill the gap created by men enlisting and going to war and have stepped into the breach each time it has been required of them.  At the end of each war they have been emphatically told that it is now their patriotic duty to leave the work force and return to the home. In Australia the figures for tradeswomen are very small with only about 5000 tradeswomen across the whole of Australia.
